It is designed to handle the entire payroll and human resource reporting needs of large organizations. The system is customized as per the UAE Labour Law and can be used by small organization to multinational companies. The customer has the option to choose the products from Line 100, Line 200, Line 300 and Line 400 depending upon the features they require. You have the ability to establish access security at the company, group and individual level. You can also control access at the reporting level.

Flexibility

For the same reasons identified previously, you have a considerable level of flexibility in both the data entry functionality and the reporting. The list of features and functions are pretty extensive.

Integration/Import/Export

Within the Zeta payroll and HR family of products, you have integration with applications that can cover the entire employment life cycle including Recruitment, HR, Performance evaluation, Training and more. ERP integration module support posting to the GL in Line 50, Evolution, Line 500, X3, SAP and it can also be added to other accounting packages.

Support and Updates

The Zeta Support service features toll-free technical support from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, including access to Payroll Professionals. This service includes downloadable updates. The Zeta Solution Center provides access to a knowledge base of technical issues and resources. Fax and e-mail support is also available. New releases of enhancements and technical updates are delivered to you automatically. Zeta provides a complete offering of professional services including installation, implementation, support, data conversion, Crystal Report writing, software upgrade installations and user training.

Zeta solutions are sold in the market for over a decade and ZETA products are sold through the VAR (value-added reseller) channel; so you can take comfort in the vendors stability.
